The two-day event splits its sessions into five tracks - Fire, Collaborate, Evolve, First Mover, Belief – each with its own agenda and parallel sessions, so you can choose your schedule based on your priorities.   1.       Key Note Address - The HR Evolution: From transactional to interactive: September 15, 10:00 - 10:45: In what he’s pinned as an ‘extreme makeover’, Sean McGrath, WBG HR Vice-President at the World Bank Group takes us through why the evolution of HR from transaction to interaction at the World Bank Group became necessary, especially in the competition for top development talent.   
  1.       Time to Stop Reporting and Start Predicting: September 15, 13:35 - 14:20: "Now that organizations and markets are churning out extraordinary amounts of data, it is time for HR to stop reporting the past and start predicting the future." We’re looking forward to joining a critical discussion on how access to data enables intelligent and strategic predictions, a key differentiator in today’s competitive environment.
